Во время прорыва немецкой обороны в районе деревни Онацковцы 4 марта 1944 года он со своим взводом уничтожил миномётную батарею, станковый пулемёт и до 30 солдат противника. Отбив Онацковцы, взвод продвинулся вперёд и 9 марта овладел городом Староконстантинов. В том бою он, занимая должность старшего сержанта, со своим взводом уничтожили 2 станковых пулемёта, 75-мм орудие и 35 пехотинцев противника.
После войны Алексей Смирнов стал звездой комедийных ролей второго плана. Наиболее известной ролью в комедиях для него стала роль хулигана Феди в «Операция «Ы» и другие приключения Шурика», а главной драматической — роль механика Макарыча «В бой идут одни „старики“».

Unlike WhatsApp, Telegram doesn’t store your favorite stickers in a quick-access reservoir right beside the typing field, but you’ll be able to snatch them out of your Saved messages chat and forward them to any of your Telegram contacts. This also means you won’t have a quick way to save incoming stickers like you did on WhatsApp, so you’ll have to forward them from one chat to the other.
Telegram Gives Up On Crypto Blockchain Project
Durov said on his Telegram channel today that the two and a half year blockchain and crypto project has been put to sleep. Ironically, after leaving Russia because the government wanted his encryption keys to his social media firm, Durov’s cryptocurrency idea lost steam because of a U.S. court. “The technology we created allowed for an open, free, decentralized exchange of value and ideas. TON had the potential to revolutionize how people store and transfer funds and information,” he wrote on his channel. “Unfortunately, a U.S. court stopped TON from happening.”
